Your performance objectives for sustainable success:
Phase 1 (Month 1-2): Successful onboarding with initial new client wins and early deals
Phase 2 (Months 2–6): Continuous revenue growth and building a stable client network in your region
Phase 3 (from Month 6): Taking on leadership responsibilities if suitable and actively shaping company expansion
